Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. However, if there’s an issue, please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.

• We offer exchange only in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing or contacting us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and a photo of the issue.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging within 5 working days.

• Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind or color preference, as shades may slightly vary due to lighting or screen display differences.

• If your exchange request is approved, we’ll send a replacement item promptly after receiving your return.
